Junior series Sunday club racing is a General Handicap series open to all club sailors who are under 19 on 22 June 2025. This race series will consist of 9 races in total, with 3 races on each of the 3 following Sundays:
1) 22 June; 12:00-13:00, 14:00-15:00 and 15:30-16:30
2) 6 July; 12:00-13:00, 14:00-15:00 and 15:30-16:30
3) 7 September; 12:00-13:00, 14:00-15:00 and 15:30-16:30
There will be prizes to be won on the day for the best placed junior boats (2 out of 3 to count). There will also be an overall race series prize, with 5 out of 9 to count across the three Sundays; the overall race series prize will be given out at the next prize-giving ceremony.
General Handicap races
The Junior race will start at the same time as the other fleets, so the Junior sailors will have the opportunity to practise their starts against regular club sailors and to sail in a larger fleet.
Club members who are under 19 on the first day of the series will qualify as Juniors for the whole series.
